I love this doctor's office. The doctor and office are amazing. Funny story, I was actually scheduled at a different doctor's office when I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Hicks. The office so so understanding of my mistake that they took me in. They did not make me feel dumb for showing up to the wrong address. Dr. Hicks has amazing bedside manner and his staff is so lovable.

Why do I need to come in for a pointless checkup to renew my prescription for a lifelong and unchanging medical condition? There is no reason for this other than to bleed out more money from people who need help. It’s just a waste of time and money and is a dumb policy.

Dr. Hicks is absolutely wonderful. His bedside manner is very attentive, as he truly listens to my concerns and addresses them right away. He is thorough in his examination, leaving no stone un-turned. I love that he does not automatically try to medicate me for my issues... but instead looks to therapy and non-invasive solutions. I am normally very nervous when it comes to medical care, however Dr. Hicks creates a trusting atmosphere coupled with knowledgeable experience, making me feel much more at ease in getting the care I need. Thanks so much Dr. Hicks!

Best experience! Randomly found him online when I needed a new primary. I was able to get an appointment right away, had a very short wait in the waiting room, nice, and had great interaction with the nurses and staff. Dr. Hicks was super helpful, explained everything to me, went through everything in detailed, answered all my questions, and was just overall very nice. I have recommended him to all of my friends and will continue to do so.
