Family Practice in Warrensburg has taken care of my needs since 1996 and those of my children for several years. I have been happy with doctors and nurses and staff and in all that time, have never had concerns. Recently, having this virus, they checked on me several days, checking my symptoms and educating me on what to expect.

The doctors themselves are knowledgeable and know how to accurately treat patients. The clerks and the front desk staff are horrendous at answering the phones when you call. Do not call and expect to reach someone!!

The office admin do not care about patient care or helping new patients check inn. Specifically the lady who answers the phone named Shelly. She hung up on me when I was explaining my appointment time and schedule and tried to call back multiple times. She answered very rudely and explained I was a new patient and it was even harder to get me in. I could not say one word about my symptoms or getting re scheduled without her hanging up on me. Very disappointed and will be finding a new doctors office, that cares about their patients- whether new or old.

Worst billing ever, after requesting my bloodwork go to a lab that my insurance will cover they instead send it to the hospital lab and try to bill me personally. Only go here if you want to pay out of pocket for stuff your insurance company already pays for.
