Dr. Luparello seems like a nice guy, thats why its shocking how he treats the Elderly. He must have some kind of sick pleasure letting old people suffer, he doesn't prescribe anything to help with pain that is known to work. He treats his elderly patients like test subjects (prescribing 100 random meds that will just cause tons of side effects) instead of prescribing one of many good medications that are PROVEN to relieve pain. Also why prescribe all the medications with APAP when it hurts the stomach and can be purchased on the side?

I am absolutely disgusted with this practice. I called a week ago to make an appointment for a lump that is growing on my eyelid. I just need a referral for an ophthalmologist. Was told by nurse that I would receive a call within 24 hours to schedule. I waited 5 days with no call so I called again only to be told to call the next day. I called again today to be told I would have to wait till July 13. Meanwhile the lump is only getting bigger and my vision is being impaired. They do not care about their patients whatsoever! I am now looking for a new primary that actually cares about their patients

I will never recommend this place to anyone. This was my very first time here and will be my last. I went in today for a physical. Everyone was very polite the nurse took all my info and blood pressure. She went to check my ears. She shoved the thing into my ear to wear i pulled away and said ow. She put it back in and i could feel the pressure building up. She said you have alot of wax in your ears. Had the doctor come in to look at it. She proceeded to tell me i have so much wax build up that she doesnt know how I could hear and I need to get that taken care of. Absolutely no acknowledgment to the fact that my ears were fine and i could hear, did not have any pressure of muffleness to my hearing until they shoved this thing into my ear. I went right to my primary care doctor. She got some wax out and was able to see my ear drumb. She saw alot of irritation and said the skin is kind of bleeding and would like me to see an ENT. Which now i have to wait till friday to see. I still can not hear out of my right ear. That was 100 spend for them to possibly make me deaf in my one ear. Now i have another doctor bill and am adding a 3rd because of this place. Thank you and you will be recieving a bill for my 2 doctor visits because of this.

Change your opening hours on your automated answering service! Freehold location said 8am Monday through Friday. It is a Friday- now 8:30am, still receiving the answering service saying they’re closed.
