I have had a great experience with Scott from Family Realty! He was easy to work with, and was able to help me find a home remotely within my budget in a good neighborhood. Scott knows Louisville well and encouraged me to be patient. He was willing to work with me until we located the right home for my family. When I arrived, the home was exactly as described. He answered many questions, including a bunch of generic home ownership questions that I consider unrelated to the actual purchase itself. I am so pleased I listed my house w Mrs. Jayne Miller of Family Realty! I had not moved in 29 years and decided it was time since my kids are now on their own. Clayton Knauer has more knowledge about buying, selling, fixing up, remodeling, and changing a house into a home than anyone I know. He takes the time to explain each step to both my husband and me. His patience is top notch, as we went through the process with an 8-month-old in tote. Clayton and Family Realty encourages kids to be a part of the looking and buying process while working around our schedule for showings, meetings, and closings. His flexibility allowed us to take our time searching while working full time jobs and caring for our son during the process.
