Dr Yamamoto is amazing! He takes the time to make sure you are getting the exact prescription you need. He is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at Family Tree Eye Care is great also. They worked with us to make sure we were getting the most out of our insurance for our family of 5. They patiently helps us all pick the frames we wanted from their great selection. I went to Family Tree Eye Care for an eye examination after confirming that they were on my vision plan, and was pleased to see that they had very up to date equipment. It was not necessary to dilate my eyes. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I spend several hours each day at my computer and knew that my vision needed to be corrected. My new glasses are exactly what I needed, and they are stylish and comfortable. I will definitely return to Dr. Yamamoto for my next eye exam.

It was a great experience from the time I called in to make an appointment. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helped me find a time that worked best for me and my family. When I came to the appointment the ladies at the front greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. Dr. Y was professional and personable as he answered my questions and performed my eye exam. The best part was that there was no high pressure sales at the end. The whole experience fantastic.

Nothing but positive feedback for the entire staff at Family Tree Eye Care! Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Yamamoto took time to review my family history and educate me about how history could impact my eye health. Everyone worked to ensure my vision needs were met, from adjusting my prescription to ordering in frames to make sure I was happy with the frame and color choice, as well as fit. I can't say enough about how comfortable everyone made me feel on the phone and in person. They were great with following up with the lab to ensure my glasses were on track for delivery as our insurance provider has especially long delivery windows. Everyone at the clinic delivers exceptional service. I will return for my next annual exam. Give them a try, you will be happy you did!

Now that I can see after getting my eyes dialated...I love this place. I had my very first eye exam here on 6/5/19 and the staff and doctor made me feel comfortable, which is hard to do. My niece tagged along and enjoyed the books that were there for her to read. They helped me pick out glasses that fit my face, and I can't wait to get them so I can see how beautiful this world is.
