I had a great experience here. The practitioner took his time, seemed to genuinely care about my issues, and prescribed an excellent treatment plan. The front desk personnel was also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for much needed relief!

Family Urgent Care Clinic is amazing! My son had a horrible ear ache and I literally called 20 urgent care places who either were closing, full of patients, or were trying to charge an arm and a leg to see someone on a Sunday. When I called this place they were so helpful and willing to see my son on the spot without an appointment. We went it in and waited maybe 10 minutes while this wonderful nurse put in our information and took our payment! She was so kind and so welcoming in everything she did! She even went overboard by calling my Pharmacy to see if it would still be open when we left to fill prescriptions. We waited in a room maybe 7 minutes when the doctor came in who was very knowledgeable and super sweet! We left with the medicine we needed and strict instructions on o how to treat my sons illness! I really loved this place and if we ever need a weekend doctor visit again, this will be the place we go!

Terrible service from the Girl Sitting at the front, nobody was In There I walked In To get information and get a physical she was so rude didn’t greet/ didn’t even much look up just keep staring at her cellphone and computer!!! Then just said “what do you need!!!”” I said never mind sorry to bother you please work on your customer service !!! Go elsewhere !

I took my 5 y.o. daughter to see Bilal Elhouchi on New Year's Day because she had a UTI. Next Level could not guarantee me an appointment within 15 miles on that day. Excel never answered their phone. Family Urgent Care took us as walk-ins and we were in and out within 30 minutes with a prescription for her. Mr. Elhouchi had a great bedside manner with her and was very compassionate. Great experience all around!

By far the best urgent care doctor I have used. Front desk could have had a better attitude since it is a front facing role, but not anything to ruin the experience. Very caring, made my son feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. He was so informative and overall a very nice family doctor. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
