I have been a patient for approximately 7 years. I see Susan Thompson and she has restored hope, got the right medications and always kind, listens, done swab test because of problems with medications. I highly recommend doing that. I was hospitalized for suicide and they checked on me. I would not go anywhere else and thank God for them and the rest of staff. I personally have not met other Doctors but a few bad reviews will make others turn their backs. Remember two sides to every story then the truth.

We have been very happy with Susan Thompson. She listens to our concerns and questions and has always been responsive and helpful to us. Their new office is on the far Northern edge of town but it's very nice and comfortable and is worth the drive I think. The rest of the staff here are good too. Some are more outwardly friendly than others but they all seem solid at their jobs.

I love this place. The office staff are great. They're friendly and helpful .Dr gray is the best Dr I've seen for mental health. He listens and talks. He takes my concerns into account and doesn't ignore how I'm feeling .Amazing Dr! If you need help this is the place to go!!

Dr Grey failed us the other day. His arrogant tone and disrespect was horrible. This behavior was not expected from a mental health provider. My family member was in crisis and you made this worse. We came to you for help. You didn’t even try to explore the options. You pretty much said go F your self. You should be ashamed of what you said. You should not be practicing medicine. I deal with patients suffering mental health every day and I would not treat them the way your treated my family. I hope you retire soon for the sake of future mental health patients in crisis. I wish I could give you a 0/5. I will be lodging a complaint with the state medical board.

So they cancelled my appt because their doctor couldn't keep it, after I'd been on a 6 week waiting list. Didn't bother to offer a replacement appointment, and when I finally got ahold of someone, my 11-19-19 had been pushed aaalllll the way to 1-27-20. That is quite simply unacceptable and pathetic in the mental health field. If you could leave a 0 star review, I certainly would.
