I asked if they accepted Anthem (my insurance provider). They said yes and so I went ahead and saw a doctor. When I left they said I would not need to pay for anything out of pocket. A few months later I recieved a bill for 150. However, I got a new surprise bill today for 1,300 extra dollars beyond the 150 that was already paid. I am livid at both my insurance provider and this facility because I would not have gotten treatment here had I been given the correct information. I understand that the Surprise Billing Act just passed and hospitals and insurance companies are trying to scalp for payments right now. But 1,450 for pain medication when I have insurance is insane.

The staff here is great and caring and the Drs I've seen in the past were always great. Until I was having severe stomach pains, had no appetite etc, the Dr. that came in the room automatically assumed I wanted narcotics, didn't give me a chance to speak, he just walked out. Turns out I have a bacteria in my stomach called C. Diff. Its horrible and I'm now on antibiotics which was all I needed. So they dont need to just assume things. Then ended up back around a month later with 2 dry sockets in my mouth. Same dr. Acted like I was a HORRIBLE person tried numbing my gums, it didn't numb anything. He FINALLY said he'd give me a pain pill which was fine but AGAIN I needed an antibiotic. Turned out I had a huge abscess and my face swelled up overnight and had to get it lanced. Thank you but no thank you. I'll never return and I'm sure whoever's reading this is fine with it. You guys need to just shut down.

Fannin ER took very good care of my son who came in with a busted chin. The staff, nurses and doctor were all very professional and made him feel very comfortable.

I arrived in severe pain and the ED staff did everything they could to get me seen as soon as possible. The were extremely kind and caring. I ended up being admitted followed by gallbladder surgery. The waiting room and patient rooms were quite clean and tidy

There are literal roaches in the waiting room.
