They lost a wool dress shirt that will cost 120 (not on sale) to replace. Would not make restitution, said I couldn't prove the value of the shirt, told me to take it to small claims court. See Yelp for full details.
Absolutely the worst dry cleaning I've ever had. Being new to the area, I thought I'd try Fantasy because of their close location to my house. Not only did my shirts look like the were ironed by somebody in bad need of a new eyeglass perscripotion with bunching at the shoulders, cuffs, and creases ironed in where they shouldn't have been, there was black lint all over my white dress shirt which required 2 lint remover squares to get it off. Maybe if it was a 99 cent shirt cleaning palce it might not be that great, but at 2.25 each, the job should have been done in a professional manner. The remaining shirts are going back to (another) cleaner - I dont want to spend another 35 minutes de-linting and re-ironing each shirt.
