Decided to go there while the mall was open needed to buy some gear ASAP for family members leaving the country soon and the gate was half open and the lady in there said they were closed, clearly the mall was open for service but for some reason this store wasn’t. Well no worries, I’ll buy my gear elsewhere. Newpark Mall in general will always have this reputation and never change, unfortunately.

I came to buy some 49ner gear & it’s 7pm I like says store is open. The mall is open until 10pm. But the gate is down.. we go to another store come back at 7:30 and see the guy in there he sees us trying to get in and turns around how’s in the back. I’ve been calling store over and over again. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS this??? Don’t you want my money? A manager needs to take control and take action on the employees
