I signed a business policy with A-Plan Broker, but the service has not been the best over the year, many times they have said they will call back and don’t hence. I was involved in an accident last year and they send me an email where request me to declare it was my fault, even it wasnt. I paid to rent a car even in my contract I had a replacement vehicle. I repaired my car on my insurance and probably I will lose my no claim bonus, as well. All of this because of the A-Plan \professionalism\.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff . We have both cars and our home insured. Would strongly recommend.
