Beals worked wonders for me in 2 ways, in dealing with my tenants needs and promptly reacting to any issues they might have. Their customer support is outstanding and also this means tenants are well looked after. For me on the lettings side, Beals are fantastic, especially my financing and inspectins, all managed in a trusted, secure manner. The individual, polite and effective service with Ross and his team is incomparable, although I’ve expertise of many letting agents. I’d definitely recommend them.

We have recently bought a new property which Beals helped us find. The quality of service has been superb from start to finish and very professional. Beals have always delivered on obligations and would let me know when they would not be able to commit to something and the reasons why. They explained the details of every step of the process and held my hand throughout the process. In terms of the house, there were a couple of problems with the property that we spotted as soon as I moved in. I was very happily surprised by the speed on how Beals reacted to the issues outlined and how reactive they were to get those resolved. Again, extremely good customer experience and I would recommend Beals to anyone looking at purchasing a property.

Being a student, I have had issues finding a property, but Beals managed to get me one really quickly! It's surprising just how quickly they managed to find one for me. I have tried 5 other estate agents and all of them were un able to find me anything suitable!
Bad company, bad people! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone as let us rent a property that had severe mould issues of which they where fully aware. Yet didn't pre-warn us or sort out the issue considering we where paying 600 a month for a property that was cold, damp and mouldy as well as health destroying. Stay well away from this company.
