Rang for appointment in Veiw of buying car,asked a simple question in if the car is not suited to us could we return for a full refund (as most garages are giving you a 14 day money back guarantee during the covid situation) was blatantly told NO,found Chris the salesman very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend Cars of Fareham at all !

Did a quick visit to see a car we had seen on the internet. COVID precautions evident with Chris emerging from the office with Face Mask AND cleaning/sanitiser gear in hand. We hadn’t made an appointment but he was very accommodating stating that he was waiting on a booked viewing so we were free to look around. He was enthusiastic whilst being mindful of social distancing. He listened, he opened three vehicles we were interested in, including the one he was waiting for the appointment to turn up. They didn’t turn up, we became his “new appointment”. A test drive, a good chat, a sound knowledge of his stock and the deal was done. Chris is confident, cheerful, polite and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable, loved the no nonsense service, love the car and have no hesitation in recommending Cars of Fareham for a pre-loved vehicle. Thanks Chris, great service. Gwyn and Tim
I bought a Car from Cars of Fareham in January 2021 and I was pleased with their service . When I got the Car home, I noticed that there was no key for the lockable wheel-nuts . I contacted Chris at the dealership who immediately sent a mechanic to remove the locking nuts and then the next day replaced them with the new ones that they supplied, at their expense. I am very happy and pleased with their service.
