Staff are really friendly and helpful. Directed me to where I needed to go. Staff behind the counter were friendly and polite. Plus they had the game I wanted in stock and cheaper than anywhere else. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. One very happy customer.

Used the new click and collect service where they bring your items to your car and place them in your boot. I think this is a great service in the current situation, and really does make you feel safe collecting your items, as you are sat nice and snug waiting with no contact whatsoever. Some great prices on electricals and very easy to order and pay online.

Struggled to get over the door threshold with my mum in a wheelchair. Did have a lift with an automatic opening door, which is invaluable when you have a wheelchair user with you. Nothing else remarkable about the store, would prefer to shop online but for fridge freezers it was beneficial to view the products. Girl on checkout was friendly, no one else was.

Didn't buy anything this visit. Pricing up American Fridge Freezers for our new kitchen. Weren't disappointed with the range and veriety and we selected what we need. The kitchen appliances are located on the top floor which was made accessible by means of a lift. Staff were friendly and helpful.
