Controlled entry at wide main door by staff. Hand wash available. One way walk round system in place. Large lift to disabled toilet and cafe'. Some walkways not acceptable for wheel chairs. Staff available to help you. Disabled parking outside shop. 3.11.20.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR THIS STORE, But for Dunelm online but couldn't see where to write it. (Southampton) Ordered this as part of a set of 3, Arrived damaged and absolutely un-usable. The toilet roll holder was the only 1 of 3 that came ok, the 3rd piece we were waiting a couple of weeks over the original delivery date. Did the track my item on the website and said delivery had been attempted (Hadn't been attempted at all) was in all day after booking it of from work. No phone call or anything, Tried messaging and emailing.....all we kept getting was speak to live chat. Everytime we tried live chat during the correct times we couldn't get through. Eventually got a reply from email saying it got lost in transit, So then if we would like a refund we would have to pay for a delivery box and parcel tape for them to collect. Not acceptable, And you have lost a loyal customer of yours.

I am due a refund as I have to wait 21 working days for it due to the item being booked back into stock and I wanted to check on this so I went on live chat. Well the lady who I spoke to called Judy S was so rude, abrupt and almost robotic.. she didn’t even apologise to keep me waiting and did she keep me waiting forever... she was very abrupt with ‘just checking’, ‘just verifying’ and did not even let me know how she was getting on! She left me about 10/15 minutes waiting! Then she told me that I have to wait the full 21 working days and just ended the chat there and then to get my refund! Didn’t ask if I needed any further help or anything. That lady needs serious customer service training on web chat as it was shockingly bad! That is not even mentioning all my furniture items I ordered this month being delivered or picked up from store faulty and an scratched display model bedside table being handed to me and placed down on the concrete in front of me at the Fareham store whilst another table was in its box! Talk about an insult... never again will I buy furniture from Dunelm..

Dunelm Park Gate - we phoned the store for product availability. The assistant was helpful and polite. Advised click and collect, which we did. Arrived at store where there was a long queue but they had a separate queue for click and collect. Seen straight away by an extremely helpful young male assistant. Excellent customer service, competitively priced product. A big thumbs up from us
