First occasion they didn't turn up at all, I had to put off builders and concrete suppliers, not happy bunnies. Second time the pump turned up apparently short of pipe but had more than enough. It then took two hrs to set up. A boss arrived and had a chat with the driver for half an hour. I have then been asked to pay an extra hour (as I was over 5hr time limit). When I was reluctant to pay I was threatened by a manager that I would never be supplied again. Frankly I would not want to be after this fiasco. Make sure you get confirmation of details on email as the office cannot be relied upon to take correct phone numbers or length of pipe ordered. At least one of the reviews below is written by a pump driver!

Sent a driver who didn’t usually drive this truck. Really nice guy but wasn’t that fast at using so took a while to setup and also took him a while to get use to the controls no big deal. He was a very fast learner and actually a really good driver by the end. He was good at pre empting when to stop the concrete. But that time to setup and the first pump were a little slow. Then I get a call the next day saying you took longer than the rate, and there was a charge which added up to more than if you hired it for a whole day. So I still had it less than a whole day and paid for more, which I think is ridiculous. I thought this was a bit unfair so called back and the lady said she would talk to her manager and never called back which I think is rude. At least call back and say sorry there is nothing I can do. Basically seriously expensive and bad customer service. Pump drivers are nice though.

The worst communication and customer service I have come across in a long time. Had a driver call off a job due to cold weather but were charged full price and because you pay up front they have you cornered. Delivery took place but in cleaning the pump 1 tonne of concrete was left on customers driveway. No advance warning that his would be the case and the company simply do not care. Stay well away!

had to use this company as my normal pump company was busy,from the moment the driver got on site everything was too much trouble followed up with a load of bad swearing,at the end of the job he then took an hour and a half to clean his truck,most take 20 mins,never use this company as i will never use them again,giving them one star is one star to many,very unhappy
