Brilliant sales did not stand over us was there for information when needed and we bought our new fire !!! Plus they have a very safe traffic system in place for viewing the fires !!!

I have to say that we received a 1st class service, the fire and surround was absolutely lovely, the 2 fitters were extremely polite & helpful, they fitted the fire and surround to a very high standard and left the house clean & tidy. Would recommend this company very highly.
We were very impressed with the level of service we received from T and J Cole Ltd. As others have said, their showroom is fantastic, with a wide range of fires and fireplaces on show. We selected ones that we liked and the fitters were thoroughly professional, efficient and tidy – they did a great job, especially as it was just before Christmas. We love our new fire and fireplace – thanks T and J Cole!
