I’ve used Unique au pairs now for two au pair placements. One for two months (my first) and second for 6 months (she may be staying longer ️) and I can say Anne is absolutely amazing and such a professional without being snooty like a bunch of the other agencies I had spoken too prior to getting my first au pair. Both au pairs were amazing and Anne is available to help and guide me through any concerns I have. I’ve personally recommended Anne to 6 friends thinking about getting an au pair and I will continue to do so. Disappointing experience. We were looking for au pairs or mothers help candidates having been slightly let down by our initial experience of doing things ourselves online, using the popular au pair recruitment websites. They first explained how it was best to avoid these online recruitment websites as their candidates were far better. You can imagine my surprise when the one profile I received was of someone featured on these websites and was who was actively communicating with families there for au pair work. I cancelled the search and paid the 150 admin fee invoice that was immediately sent to me, as per their terms and conditions.
