I have played all of the escape rooms in the Fargo area and I can easily say that Escape House's rooms are my least favorite. We most recently played Flood the City. When we started, we were told that it's the hardest room so we could pick another one. Once we were in the room, the puzzles were very scattered. We solved them but weren't really sure how they tied into the whole theme of the room. There were a couple times we asked for a hint, but the game master can't hear us so we were told things we already did or that didn't help us with the point of the game we were at. One of the puzzles \didn't work\ because it didn't stay on the wall correctly, and overall, the puzzles revolved heavily around animals and not shutting down a bomb to stop the city from flooding like the description said. I think the reason it was frustrating the most is because, in an escape room, it is more fun and cohesive when the puzzles and themes coincide and the game master is able to interact with the players both ways. I know the game master meant well, but when we explained why some of it was confusing, the answer we got was that o one has ever complained about it before\ and \this is a harder room.\ But, to me, it wasn't harder because of the complexity of the puzzles, it was harder because it just didn't make sense.

We had a blast! Our first experience and we loved it. The staff was friendly and fun and the room \flood the city\ was well designed and challenging. We definitely plan on returning.
First time we've been to this escape room. It was just the 2 of us, so it was difficult but still really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely give it another shot
Very fun
We did their hardest room, which I think they said only like 14% of people get out of or something crazy. I've done 5 escape rooms all over the world, and this one is just as fun as others I've been in. But I will say, they weren't kidding about it being hard. We've escaped all the others, and couldn't make it out of this one with 5 of us.
