Food was delicious and service was decent. Will be going back again for sure. Price was average but the portions were large. Unfortunately they were out of the goat meat and pasta. However the Kay Kay and beef steak that I got and the Fish and rice that my boyfriend got were both delicious. Hopefully next time we can try the goat meat.

I can't recall everything I've ordered from Rugsan, but it was all incredible. I think I got the chicken sports plate once and it was wonderful. My kids loved the rice that it came with. Highly recommend this place. And the sambusa is amazing. Please, check it out.
