Good walk-in service experience. I availed service to initiate process of transfer of a car policy. Although phone numbers mentioned on Bajaj Allianz website for this branch: Sector 16, Faridabad, DOESN'T work. This is on first floor, back-side in building adjacent to ICICI Bank. They are taking adequate care against COVID-19. Parking in the market is free of cost, nobody is there to help you park your vehicle, so be little careful, not to park in a manner that someone else would be able to block your vehicle.

Pathetic customer care service- Called call center number and was on call for 25-30 minutes to connect but no use. no one is ready to help for concern & queries. In future will never take bajaj allianz policy and will not recommend to anyone.
