Very bad experienced none of there employee was cooperating and understand my problem they behave very rudely and don't even listen our problem. I am facing wrong bill problem from last 2 years but none of them listen or solve my problem

Bill payment is good but the meter reading is not taken every month. Please do the needful.

Worst service I have ever seen. DHBVN - Worst Company. It should be closed. They are just focus on taking money. No Service, No Solution, Customer care do not pick the phone. DHBVN Office - No one giving you full information. Agar puri information dedi toh kaam karne ka comission kaise lengay public khud nahi karlegi. saare commision khaane bethey hai bus. Service is more bad than the word bad. For me minus 10 rating.

Did not hear anything from the authorities nor I did receive any messages even after so many tweets and talking to the SDO also and all on a sudden the line was cut off and the whole night being so an old sr citizen of 86 the trouble which I faced I can not describe and aheavy amount was deposited then my line was restored .First time about ayear ago the bill came for Rs 78Lacks and odd &after my written complaint the next bill came in negative for Rs 26 Thousand & odd and every month y l was paying through Paytm 2000and some thing which l do'nt know what happened. I have no strength to describe everything.only random bill is sent and not as per meter reading. Anyway I am thankfull to the SDO that the bill as asked for was deposited and I became mental free with the help of my Dr.son( sr. Cardiologist) .This has become a regular affair of the Electric Deptt not only with me but many other people as well. I do'nt know why such thing is happening with Electric Deptt.
