Best bank in this area. Services offered here are too good the employees of this branch is too helpful if u need anything or u dont know anything they will come and help u. I suggest you all to open the account in this branch. Parking space also available here. Security guard also there to protect and take care of all the things. Environment in the bank is also too good.

Staff at this branch is very unprofessional and rude. They behave and treat you like Public/Govt sector bank and they started shouting on customers. One can not imagine this kind of services in Private Sector Bank. Customers are standing like this and no one is there to serve them.

N.I.T.branch,s staff is v.v. cooperative nd well behaved , gives best services to all i always frefer to go this branch. Sainic colony sect 49 fbd, branch is always not cooperative, nd not well behaved, ???????? I don,t like to gothis branch althow it is near to my sovitech I ndustries. Not only my experience others also .i have seen so many Times they are not talking nicly nd always give problems to customers. I have never complained. It is a small branch of ICICI Bank located in the NIT 1area of faridabad few meters away from the Shri Maharani Vaishno Devi Temple on the B.k - Hardware road.The behaviour of the staff working at this bank branch is ok.There is enough space for the customers to sit inside the bank.The facility is not disable friendly.There is no washroom inside the bank.There is limited parking space available outside the bank.There is a ATM just next to the bank.
