No sense of talking to their customers and understanding their needs for their clothes. I had a doubt and the guy behind the phone clearly told me that “yeh kaam chhote log karte hain, hum hain badey dry cleaners, iss tarah ke ch*tiye kaam nahi karte hum”. Great response I’d say.
