Trust their knowledge of plumbing and heating. Quality work. A phone call would have been appreciated explaining why they were going to be later than appointment time. A family with no heat is definitely more important than cleaning my furnace, but a phone call would have been nice.

My furnace wouldn’t stay lit. I called Kertels and technician was at my house promptly. I was at work gave him my garage code to get in. He sent a text message with the problem it was fixed & heat was restored. Job very well done. I highly recommend Kertels!

Incredible service. I called at 10:30 am and they had my furnace repair completed before Noon (in Peosta). Very nice employees. Fast and efficient. Kertels is my new go-to for HVAC, plumbing and electric!
