I was very impressed with the customer service my family received from him. He approaches every meeeting with us in a professional manner. He is able to answer all our questions. He also is very prompt with any follow up information we have requested from him. He can help us with our current and future insurance needs. I highly recommend him.
Many big name insurance companies, including USAA, are reluctant to insure the very properties they have issued mortgages for. You don't get that nonsense with Farm Bureau. They are local, already know your property from the county appraiser, and run right over with policy personally. Just a very solid company.

Had these guys for a few years now! Huge mistake, every year its a fight to get a decent rate, even when i have nothing on my record. in fact im usually forced into a higher deductible just to get the rate near where i had it. When i bought a new vehicle I called to find out what the premium would be before I purchased it. afterwards i find out that my premium was going to be about 40 dollars a month higher than they quoted me Now just today i find out that its more like a hundred dollars a month higher. interesting because i enrolled in their drivology program to get a discount Instead my insurance premiums increased. do yourself a favor and keep looking Im moving on today. Kara is nice to work with, but don't be fooled by the the fact you are about to get screwed dry.
