A lot of things change when you bring a child into your life and you're really never ready to care for that child. However, Circles of Care has eased the way for a single foster parent like me. Needless to say, my experience with this agency has surpassed my expectations and love it! My case manager is attentive, caring and goes above and beyond for children placed in my household. So if you are looking to start your Foster/Adoption journey, I would definitely recommend this agency and Shantel Carter as your case manager.
