Staff were polite and seemed very happy to be in work despite the current COVID situation. The place was clean with a manned sanitation station at the entrance. Disappointed that B&Q are doing a 20% discount on bathroom fixtures and fittings, but the show area is cordoned off. This doesn't even allow for a distanced browse. Overall a pleasant experience.

Toilets closed. No sawing for timber until further notice. Tried phoning and you are unable to talk to a human to ask. Wasted journey. Understand this might be because of Covid, but someone should answer the phone. I needed to do a job for a disabled person. .
I have had a good bargain at Christmas eve. Plenty of free parking, easy access to the shop, all in one level. Spacious. Some staff knowledge isn't up to standards, but others are outstanding.
