Amazing service! Shop in Spain made a mistake on my address, I went and explain all details (confirmed identity, etc). Next day parcel arrived on my door as Alexandra Rd personel was so kind and kept an eye on it (house number was initially missing). It saved my a lot of bother and hussle. Thank you very much for top service.

Parcel service/delivery is a joke. Parcels dispatched 10 days ago and still not arrived. Waiting for orders from 5 different companies. Other people who ordered later than us had their parcels delivered days ago whilst we are still waiting. From now on we will use tracking services or curriers so we know at least that our items will be delivered.
Absolutely useless opening hours! Why does this branch even exist?! Use the one in Asda near the town centre And stop calling yourselves royal mail. The only thing royal is the mess that delivery and pick up has become.
So i walk in and ask for my delivery and they give me no help at all to get it. Absolutely worst
Good service tho can wait a while as normally have 1 member of staff working. I feel if you need to go here go early as poss.
