The customer service in Farnborough is and has been truly amazing. They have been so helpful throughout some major works being carried out on my home. I wouldn't go anywhere else now ..... Thank you so much Chris and staff
I would agree about the good customer service at this branch of Topps tiles. We had already looked at two or three places, and then found the range of tiles here particularly lovely. The staff were helpful without being over-bearing. We needed to order a fairly small quanitity of tiles, and this was dealt with efficiently on a Friday, I think it was.....and we received a call on the Monday to say the tiles were in! Excellent service and I would recommend anyone to go here first when looking for wall or floor tiles.

Absolutely delighted with the customer service here. Not only were they really helpful when I was choosing tiles, but I rang in half an hour before closing tonight and they're helping me source five more tiles! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for tiles now.
