After hearing so many bad things about solicitors when trying to move home, I was very apprehensive when our estate agent recommended Woodford Stauffer. However, I had absolutely no reason to be worried with Darren, Annette and Hannah, they were all so helpful and friendly. If I wasn't sure on anything they had sent through they told me to just ask, which I did quite a few times! They gave me a very clear view of the costs up front and made sure I understood any extras and what I could be charged for. I was surprised about how often they kept me informed of what was going on with our sale and purchase. Even in the current circumstances with Covid-19 and the 'stamp duty holiday' affecting their workload, they made it seem like nothing was too much trouble. I would use again (not that I want to move again) and I have recommended to a friend who has just sold her house and she will also be using them too.
