Get warranty or you will be ripped off many times, just a diagnostic is 192 :o, shame really, the building is very nice and the cars do look good too, shame dealership is ripoff when it comes to dealing with faults

I called into the Bolton dealership after seeing a couple of vehicles on the website. I was greeted at the door and, although I had not arranged an appointment, I was seen immediately. Nick Marshall was very knowledgeable, polite and professional in his dealing with my many questions and there was no hard sell at all. Nick was able to provide me with a deal that was acceptable and the whole buying process was easy and seamless. The handover of the vehicle purchased was easy too with social distancing observed. Took car in for a service and repair, car interior was damaged due to somebody putting air fresher back upside down and allowing the oil to drip on leather and spoilt it, complained and basically said I was a liar and not taking responsibility for damage, will take it further and will never use again
