Great service, straight talking and a likeable gent. First visit Dan came out to run a new connection to the Satellite (quite an awkward house), second time it was to set a new phone connection to my internal office. both times, quick and easy after explaining all viable options. Overall highly recommend, personally will only use Dan for any form of cabling / satellite - Literally no point in using anyone else.
They got the job done but they could be more customer focused and less abrupt.
