My emergency appointment with my one-doctor surgery was covered out of hours and I was so happy with care provided that I swapped surgeries. Very attentive Doctor and precise to address all symptoms, with appropriate level of concern. Although I was only an outsourced one-off patient, it was noticed I haven't been seen yet since registration and it would be wise to do so. Also repeat of samples requested due to symptoms and second round indeed shown something to look into. Ultrasound was requested which did show a change. How it came across allievated some stress, with so many symptoms ganging up on me making me feel like I'm falling apart (I'm someone who needs a visit once every two or three years and only if I have to, not a worrying person as such with healthy lifestyle). It is especially important nowadays when so much focus is going on covid, with some other illnesses sneaking in under the radar more than normal due to restrictions and resources constraints. Registration smooth and fast. Very pleasant receptionist taking my forms. After three working days I rang to get phone consultation and I was rang back within three hours, if that. Appropriate referrals allocated after discussing samples lab results and interim care advice given. Very impressive website too in terms of patient info. Having lived in quite a few cities before, enough comparison to say a massive Thank you!

Trying to register here is like pulling teeth. Good job I'm not dying.... 9 days gone and I'm still trying to register!! When I'm registered, if I need medical advice I'm hoping the doctors are better than the snotty receptionist I've just had to deal with. Unreal.

difficult to see a doctor pre covid now almost immpossible.also nightmare for repeat prescritions.whoever does the orginsation has matters terribly wrong

Since when is a receptionist a doctor? I asked to see a doctor, she asked what was wrong with me. I told her I’d hurt my back at work, I was told I couldn’t see one, I was also told I couldn’t speak to one either. I was given the number for physiotherapy and told to call them myself. So if you ever have a spinal injury just call the receptionist here, no need to speak to a doctor and of course no need for any pain killers !!!! Oh I had to put one star, which they don’t deserve because I couldn’t post without it.

Excellent service from doctors and staff, prompt action by doctor when I needed it, hospital appointment within two days of seeing Doctor Curtis. Have been with the surgery for nine years and have no complaints. well done all staff, keep up the good work.

The receptionist at the doctor surgery is very rude and intrepid she thinks she is a doctor her name is Bernie very cutting When you talk to her she just cuts you off I have a bad experience when I talk to her she lets down the surgery in my opinion

Absolute farce of a surgery, i am a vulnerable young person with sever mental health issues and Doctor Curtis chuckled at my issues and completely dismissed me, i was left in shock that id been treated this way. Would not recommend to anyone
