I had a very quirky house to sell. The team really understood who the target market was, and without exception all the viewings were matches on paper. The regular review meetings were invaluable. I really felt Winkworth went the extra mile with an analysis of the feedback from viewings. Based on this I made a small change in the house that made a big difference. When offers were made I felt I received well-balanced and professional advice. I would definitely use Winkworth again.

I am highly satisfied with Winkworth as a letting agency. I live in one of their houses for one and half a year now. For its price and very central location the accommodation is very attractive. Winkworth is situated in the centre of Farnham and therefore only a short walk away from my house .The agents, especially Annabel, are very friendly and supportive in any matter. When issues occurred they were dealt with efficiently.
This was my first experience of renting a property since I was at University a long time ago, and Winkworth made the process very easy and stress-free. Property details were accurate, all documentation was clear and well put together, and they were very helpful in answering all of my queries. They have also been helpful with a couple of queries after moving in. Overall, I can't fault the service provided.
I have been living in a winkworth property for over 5 months now and I am very happy with the house. The rent is fantastic considering the location and size of the house. Annabel has been fantastic in helping me and my housemates move in and understand everything. Overall very happy with the place and you will be too if you move into their properties.
