Called and spoke with Dean who immediately understood the information and data needed for us to move forward with our project. He acquired this information in a most expeditious and professional manner. Being in the engineering and consulting business where dependable rapid responses are certainly helpful, it was a breath of fresh air to experience the service provided. Needed help finding documents from 17 years ago, from my dad. They helped me with no questions asked and did not ask for money. They were very helpful, and got me the info the next day. I can't thank them enough.
Took over 3 weeks for survey to be done was told 2 different occasions sometime this week. Made other higher paying surveying more important. Took almost almost month for survey and now that my neighbor questioned it he gets free surveying done for no cost this is bs. Top it off owner breaks confidentiality by sharing my personal information with clients he legally has no right to share with anyone violating consumer privacy laws
