This was my first experience with remodeling. I wish I was able to post a picture of my new shower. I had a 80’s insert and decided to remodel it. I was referred to Fashion Tile and my experience was amazing ! From the Manager Karri and her installers were absolutely fabulous!! I could not be happier with my experience and result!!! After a positive experience of going into the office to discuss the job I was requesting, Jim called me to schedule an estimate. On the day scheduled, I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time and called the office to find out why they hadn't arrived. An employee let me know she would find out and would call me back. She called and stated that Jim was sorry but he had something important that came up. (I am quite understanding if there was an emergency but that was a bit of a slap in the face) How about a phone call to me to let me know you weren't going to make it rather than me changing my schedule to accommodate you? Poor customer service! Although my job was small, (walk-in shower) I had others interested in your service and this could have led to a very large job. You may never know how your business practices affect your future revenue.
