He said he could look at it as soon as I could drop it off..within 2-3 hours he had it diagnosed and repaired and I was able to pick it up. Josh was the BEST! He got my computer up and running in just a couple of hours and I am extremely happy with it now. I loved that he explained things so I could understand as I am a senior citizen and do fine with computers but do not understand all the jargon and terms usually used by IT people.
