I joined up with Darren about 18 months ago following a recommendation from my son who is also a client. I have muscular dystrophy which leaves me with a weakened muscular system, especially on the left side. I was looking for help to improve my stability, mobility and flexibility. Darren has been supportive and encouraging from day one. He has been patient, flexible and innovative in developing an improvement plan to meet my requirements. We started gradually and have steadily been able to make significant improvements. I have monthly F2F sessions which are supplemented by regular on line contact to ensure my progress and motivation remain on track. All of the sessions are engaging, fun and provide new challenges. My progress has been great and far beyond my expectations. We are achieving my goals and surprising everyone. The training has become part of my lifestyle. Also Darren has also been instrumental in me taking a deep look at my diet and general health. With the exercise and diet I have managed to lose more than 12kg.

Joined Faster Fitness just over a month ago. As I only have the time to spare for one evening a week I’ve received support and encouragement on line to be able to train at home also. As well as nutrition guidelines to follow and other tips and advice to help during the time between each session. I’m already seeing visibile results and I’m more than satisfied. Cheers Darren
Darren is a knowledgeable, approachable guy who, simply put, is more than just a PT. His background in functional movement and rehabilitation makes his approach feel fresh and forward-thinking. He has helped rebuild and bullet-proof my ankles from football injuries and I've had tangible results aesthetically from personal training with him in relatively short, engaging sessions. Highly recommended.
Joined Darren's Mens group training sessions about 6 weeks ago, to get back into shape. Never been one for really going to the gym or lifting weights, but the way Darren runs the sessions makes them enjoyable, and he really helps you improve your technique and strength. The results have been great, helping me to lose around half a stone, 4% body fat and 2 inches from the waistline already!
