My Best Friend Burt

1. Very pretty stores 2. Very nice staff of kind, young people 3. Fun looking merchandise (though not keen on the curses and condescending blurbs on the textiles) 4. Gluten free cupcakes were just awful. Hard rocks of tasteless dough covered in super sweet, reasonably tasty frosting. Quite shocking for a place that has such a wonderful reputation for their regular cupcakes. Gluten free is not that difficult to make. We’ve had spectacular experiences in Savannah, Georgia where we were unable to tell the difference. 5. Pointless to offer a product you wouldn’t eat on your own to customers... or that barely sells. Bread with frosting might have been better. Frosting shouldn’t be used to cover up bad baking.

No complaints on their cupcakes or sorbet. We’d definitely have a fat bottom if we are here in the daily but for an occasional sweet treat, they’re the best! They also have fun & unique gifts. We purchased a lavender lemon cupcake (yummy) and raspberry sorbet (it’s vegan) plus several gifts from their cute selections! Don’t you dare go to Hot Springs and skip this place!

Wow the cupcakes were really really good. I usually find that these types of places have old or dry tasting cupcakes but hers were fantastic. Service was awesome too. We went about 7pm and they were open and still had at least 20 varieties. The cake was moist, and the frosting did not overpower the cake. Definitely hit this place when in HS.

I want to express how much fat bottom girls means to my family. When I was growing up i remember watching them win their first time on cupcake wars and always wanted to go. Well I'm 26 now and 2 years ago during a very hard time in life my husband took me and got a cupcake and it was delicious made me smile and happy so it became a tradition to go get a cupcake when ya need break lol. The staff is always so lovely and talk to us and recognize us ( we live almost 2 hours away) so on January 1st my husband took me up there to get a cupcake for the new year while we where there this day these amazing woman helped my husband propose to renew our vows. I want to say thank you so much. This business sells more then cupcakes it sells love happiness and sweet memories

I don't know where the shop is seen in the photos but we stopped by the one seen in my photos and it was a great decision to try out some of their cupcakes. Very delicious flavors, perfectly baked. We're frugal with our money but this splurge was money well spent.
