Whilst waiting for a delayed train to leave Paddington I strolled into Fat Face Paddington. Was really struck by how polite and helpful the staff were, they were so helpful trying to find a store with a tunic I’d taken a fancy too, weren’t pushy and only wanted what was best for me. I will definitely go back when I’m next in London and will for sure make a purchase. Really lovely way to wait for a train. Fat Face be proud of your staff here they’re brilliant :)

Love Fat Face, and a handy shop to run to for gifts, or to have if you’re travelling and you’ve run out of underwear...! Lovely to browse whilst waiting for the train.
Staff is polite and nice. Stock in store is very limited and the changing rooms need a Solid door that bolts and not a drape that does nothing for Safety or Privacy. Quality and sizing is diminishing off late. Less cotton and more synthetic materials being used which is disappointing.Hope they bring back the Stratford store.
Came here a few months ago. Staff were quite friendly but I can''t believe how rude the manager was. She made it quite clear that she wasn't very happy about being called to the shopfloor to deal with my query. The poor girl working on the shopfloor was visibly terrified. I'm wondering if this kind of attitude is something consistent throughout Fat Face's London based stores, as I've had a similar experience at the St Pancras store last year. It's a huge shame because I love their clothing and have been shopping with them for years.
It's great to have this store at Paddington! It's a magnet if my train is delayed... The staff are always cheerful and genuinely friendly, even when they've just opened at 7.30 am, and Fat Face products are great quality (if a little pricey when not on sale!).
