I have been a customer for the past 15 yrs approx. They explain everything going on with our vehicle, staff from the cashier office, parts dept and service area have been very helpful. I am handicap as I am totally walker dependent after majors knee surgery & more. They always help me get out of my car and give me assistance getting the walker out of the car. They always on completion of service wash the car, vacuum and bring it to the front door so I won't have to walk a distance and for this and more they care about their customers. I truly appreciate their service to clients. Thank You.

SHADY DEALERSHIP DO NOT BUY i drove close to three hours and spent 30k on a pre-owned gmc sierra from faulkner west chester. save your time and money and buy somewhere else! i have owned my truck for less then 2 months and it has already been in the shop four times. i have called and emailed and have gotten nowhere i have even called another faulkner dealer asking for advise before i write a negative review . im sure they will respond to this 7/30/20 update!! i have owned the truck 7 months and the engine blew. i have contacted faulkner and they dont want to help because its 25 days out of there warranty and 3k miles out of gmc warranty
