Salesman Daniel was more than excellent… Very compassionate to us with his social distancing and Very knowledgeable about the product that we purchased which was the 2021 GMC SIERRA DENALI 1500 truck. Would recommend this dealership with a high rating. Nice dealership with a wide range of vehicles. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Not a large lot but worth stopping if you would like a Buick or GMC. Their is a waiting room for service with coffee and water and there is a public restroom.

Great experience with this dealership. I have a great relationship with my GMC dealer in NC. My dealer did not have the truck I wanted. He connected me with Faulkner Buick GMC. I worked with Daniel. We did everything over the phone. It was easy. They delivered. I am very happy with the service I received.

Sales guy was nice but the internal communication is bad, really bad. Went to buy a truck and one was found. Said I would be contacted the next day for the deposit. Never was contacted. Filled out the online application and received 3 phone calls from different people, advised all of them the situation. Never heard anything, 2 days later. Messaged the sales guy and gave him a dead line of \I need to know if you found me a truck\. It appears they know they could not get a truck and just would not say or follow up with it. A day later received a message from the dealership advising they did not hear back from us. Hold on a second, we been waiting to hear back from someone. Needless to say I went on the GMC website, found the only truck like it around in NJ and called, placed a deposit and picking it up Monday. The process with the other dealership was flawless. Very responsive sales guy and their management is on spot. They already messaged this morning (Friday) and said it's all ready to go and will be awaiting our arrival. Like any company. Communication is a key role. Its ok if they could not find a truck but just communicate that and not string me along. Communication, this was the biggest fault of this entire process with Faulkner GMC Hbg. Can't speak for service or after the sale, never had the chance.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have had. We worked with Vince Zingone and he went above and beyond to make our experience great. I came and looked at a car that wasn't specifically what I wanted, Vince took the time to find me the make and model that had even more features for a great price. He was extremely responsive and even willing to come in on his day off to finalize paperwork, Not to mention they gave me a great price for my trade. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Vince for purchasing any vehicle!
