I was very disappointed by the service. I was treated rudely by the owner and then accused of...yelling?! He denied that he was rude and then made it look like he will do me a favor by fixing the mistake. WTH? LOL They made a few mistakes with their order but I only complained about one. We order there sometimes only because it is close to the house, but it always arrive very late. Never again - nothing to miss out on, really... ;)

Amazing food, the chocolate banana roll dessert is EXCELLENT, delivery comes on time and food arrives hot. Overall my favorite delivery option for Givatayim
Staff is nice and attentive. Food is grrreat. On location it's a great neighborhood-experience. When ordering delivery, food arrives hot & fresh. And most impressive to me is the fact that they regularly & consistently portion their meat; which means that you always get that perfect amount and even if you add mushrooms or anything extra, that doesn't take away from the protein amount When they say \extra meat\ in their menu, they literally mean \double the portion\. That's a rare practice in Israel that should truly be more common!
