This was by far the worst accommodation ever. To begin with, we agreed with the B&B to check in around 16h00-16h30 one day prior to our check in. As it turns out, we managed to arrive one hour earlier and let them know accordingly. They told us they will anticipate the check-in time to 16h00 (which was what we had already established), but they cannot be there around 15h15, though on their booking page it is stipulated guests can inform them about their arrival one hour before the check-in time. Secondly, the host called us at 15h30, while we were waiting on a terrace and told us to be there in 15 minutes, so at 15h45. After waiting for 15 minutes, he showed up and did not think this was abnormal, e.g. making us come there earlier, though they were not present. At the address of the B&B there was not a single sign or poster to indicate its location. Thirdly, the room did not correspond to their description and pictures. It was not renovated as shown on the pictures, the room was super small (quadruple room!), mould smell was all over and the bathroom was separate from the room. When we asked the employee to talk to his manager, he simply called him and told him his story, without letting us communicate to them and explain our reasons for wanting to cancel this terrible accommodation. It made us feel frustrated and ruined half a day of our holiday, as we had to firstly wait for them for one hour and then search for something else. Moreover, we were still not reimbursed for this accommodation.
