I really had a great experience! This was my first time trying circus aerial and I was nervous at first but once I started learning with my teacher all that melted away. She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to comprehend and replicate. Her energy was amazing as well which is the first thing I notice when I walk into an establishment. The space is so inviting.I had so much fun and feel like I found something that I was meant to do.I left feeling phenomenal and confident. I highly recommend starting your journey here! And I can’t wait for my next class as a matter of fact I’m about to go book that now :).

I've been taking classes here for about four years. I can honestly say that no other type of exercise is as fun and challenging at the same time. I have taken classes from other studios when I've been out of town for an extended time period, and what I've noticed is that ABAF teaches you more in one class than you will likely get somewhere else. The instructors tailor the class to each person, making sure it challenges you, but is still safe. Many times, I have doubted my ability, but it seems they know my abilities and strength better than I do. If you want to learn something new, and get a killer workout at the same time, this is the way to do it.

Strongly recommended!! If you want to have fun and enjoy yourself sign up immediately! :) I've been taking classes with Air Born since they were in the climbing place about 7 years ago. I'm in love with the new studio place off yadkin rd! All of the instructors are amazing and very in tuned to making the best of every class. (yes I am now an instructor and I love meeting new students and seeing them improve!) They have individualized classes so that everyone can work at their level, from very beginner to advanced. They also have different apparatus classes so you can try new things no matter what level you are. Everyone there instructors and students are amazing, everyone is very inspiring and supportive. It's like a home away from home. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in trying it take a class and welcome the new experience. Grab some friends and enjoy some laughs and a great time!
