I’m a 21 year old black female. I went to get a extraction done. Ended up getting TWO teeth removed . I had to work the same night I ask if there was anything for pain that They would prescribed because my face was 3x the size it usually is. He (the DR) looked at me in the nastiest way and Said “it shouldn’t hurt that bad , I don’t just prescribe NARCOTICS For anything.” NOW LET ME HAD BEEN A WHITE WOMAN AND IM SURE I WOULDN’T BE IN PAIN.

So far so good. Upon my first visit I found the staff to be respectful, friendly and very professional. I look forward to working with them to fix my bottom molar... I mean as much as one can look forward toward dental work.

I have been going to this dental office for almost 2 years. Last year they told me to sign up for detalworks advantage to save money and I did. But I ended up paying pretty much full price for everything so that's 129 down the drain. Switched over to my husband metlife federal insurance which said dental works was in our network and just for getting cleaned they charged me 130. Mind you when I didn't have any insurance my cleaning was 81. Oh and I was told I have to pay 100 dollar copay so 230 to clean my teeth? Outside of assuming they are trying to scam more money or someone severely messing up, the employees were nice and polite but we can't go to a place that charges out of network prices for at in network locations. And yes I will be calling my insurance to see if they will refund me money that shouldn't have been spent in the first place.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I have serve anxiety and that's one reason I have neglected my health for some time, and they made me comfortable and explained everything to me. They were very quick to schedule an appointment and were sure to take care of my needs. I recommend dentalworks on Morganton rd for any dental needs and emergencies.

My family and I have been coming to this office for years. It was a great practice but has gone to hell over the years. Today was officially my last visit. I was told to come in at 740am. I was on time for my appointment but the dentist did not begin his visit with me until after 9. I came in for a small crack on a tooth I had filled there 2 years earlier. No pain at all. He said he didn't see any decay on the xray but didn't know what he would find if when he takes the filling off. The xray was clear. He then pushes the tooth and tells me it dead and I need a root canal and would not be able to give me temporary filling or anything. So I left without anything being done on my tooth. 2 hours for absolutely nothing. And the place could use a deep cleaning. I will say the ladies there are pleasant.
