Faymont have real people who really care and more so are wanting to help guide folks into a relationship with the Lord. Anything the Deacons attack in prayer , it's sincere. Chris Evans sermons are Holy Ghost inspired. The Lord does wonderful acts through the men and women of Faymont and I feel myself in a transition into a life of Victory by having fellowship and that relationship with Jesus Christ just getting better. After Church shopping for awhile about ten years ago, I kept being drawn back to this Church because a strong Spirit of God was there. Another reason is because everyone was down to earth and made you feel like part of the family. It is still that way, if not more so, knowing that the strength of God is leading this Church through the Pastor and so many Godly people in leadership positions. If you want to find God or find a Church home, I would highly recommend this Church to anyone!

I have been going to Faymont for a little over 4 years now. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and at home. Always greeting you and welcoming you as soon as you walk in the door. Love Pastor Chris Evans. Great speaker and teacher. He grew up in the church and was the Youth Pastor at Faymont before taking over the Pastor position. Would suggest anyone new to the area to come to this Church for Services. God's presence is strong in this church and it shows through the Ministry leaders on down.

We are a military family who finally found a church where we feel like we are part of the family, not just a long term visitors. Faymont Church encourages outreach and missions, which really appealed to our family. We wanted to give back to our community and Faymont offers many ways for us to get involved. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the doors. The people at Faymont Baptist Church are believers who are putting those beliefs into action. I encourage anyone who is seeking a church home, to please check us out. We have a Nursery & offer Children's Church during our service. Sunday School starts at 9:45 and our Worship Service starts at 11:00.
