When buying a new home you have a year to notify builder of problems so that they can fix at no charge to the new owner. We bought our house in November of 2017 and still have not gotten our list of issues completed. We have emailed and called and talked with office staff numerous times. We have already had to pay out of pocket to replace plumbing parts due to unsatisfactory call back results from their subcontractors that were sent out. Hornaday Construction does not honor the one year warranty. This is a 500,000 home.
