Worst experience I've ever had with any service company period. They blew every meeting / deadline they gave me. Cycled me through accountants on their way out of the company. The first year of my business could had been my last had I not been so diligent on my own. FBC missed so much in taxes owing the government that it could have broke us. FBC cost us a lot of money and despite every assurance mistakes would be paid for by the firm when it came down to it that was a lie as well. Very expensive lesson. Least professional, professional service I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else.

Please save yourself a lot of grief and avoid this firm. We engaged their services for two years and after problem after problem we went elsewhere. The mistakes they made are costing us a lot of money! They recorded dividends paid out to the wrong company, the wrong amounts, and didn't declare the dividends paid after year end complete. They recorded assets twice and depreciation twice in some cases, or some assets not at all. When we and our new accountant requested our records multiple times for the years FBC did them, they wouldn't return emails or phone calls and we never have received any of our documentation to date. Perhaps if your tax return is very simple, they might do ok, but if it is the slightest bit complicated, find a different firm!

Dave is able to supply answers, advice and critical information on tax processes allowing me to make good decisions. 2) I have been able to make timely appointments for tax completion with with out any stress. 3) accuracy has been outstanding which has made the tax completion process very trusting on my part. 4 Dave is pleasant and easy to be around during his visits and work process.
